  • In rare cases of inventory mismatch, we will inform you within 48 hours and offer a refund or alternate product.
  • Some products may be available only during specific seasons or as limited-edition collections.

4. Customization

Currently, we do not offer product customization or alterations. However, we welcome your suggestions and feedback for future offerings.

5. Product Care Instructions

Each garment comes with care labels and instructions. For best results:

  • Wash in cold water
  • Avoid bleach and strong detergents
  • Do not wring or tumble dry
  • Dry in shade for longer fabric life
  • Iron at low temperatures where applicable

Improper care may affect product longevity and is not covered under our return/refund policy.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a return/replacement at no extra cost.
